Ela (Eloísa Ramos, LMSW) has taught Nonviolent Communication throughout the U.S. and internationally for a decade. She is a CNVC Certified Trainer, Licensed Master Social Worker and clinical psychotherapist in Taos, New Mexico. Ela offers private and executive coaching, organizational consulting and NVC workshops online and in-person.
Ela loves plants, yoga, intentional community, dance, singing and integrating compassionate dialogue within social justice conversations. She is the proud daughter of Mexican immigrants and is a proficient Spanish-speaker. Ela includes experiential and mindfulness-based exercises in her workshop offerings.
