Iris Bawidamann

Certified trainer with CNVC (Germany)

Iris has been accompanying people and organizations in development and change processes for almost 30 years with over 2,000 seminar days in local and international contexts. She has worked with organizations including the Council of Europe, UNICEF, BASF, the City of Frankfurt, Nordwest-Krankenhaus Frankfurt (hospital), and Codecentric (tech-sector), among others.

Her background combines a degree in social work, advanced training in systemic-integrative trauma therapy, and deep expertise in Nonviolent Communication. As a board member of the Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC), she works at the intersection of personal development and organizational culture.

In organizational settings, Iris creates spaces where even difficult topics such as conflict, feedback, structural change can be held with clarity, empathy, and structure.

Iris has worked with Robert Gonzales for 10 years, learning from him and assisting him. For 6 years, she has been sharing his work Living Compassion in seminars. She is also one of the four trainers who, following Robert Gonzales and Robert Krzisnik, offer the Dyaden-Meditation Retreats "Awakening to Life Intensives".

She dreams of a world where every person does what brings them joy and energy. Each of her offers is a step in that direction. The greatest appreciation for her is when the participants' eyes shine because their everyday life becomes easier, more connected, and joyful through the experience.

In the last 25 years, she has given thousands of seminar days, locally, nationally, and internationally. In addition to Nonviolent Communication and Living Compassion, participation and diversity are her passions.
